Submit your business details, website goals, preferred package and any existing website or domain. We review your request and confirm the scope, price, exclusions and delivery plan before work begins.

Prepare the essentials
Send your logo, service descriptions, approved photos, public phone and WhatsApp numbers, address or map details and any website references. If something is missing, we can quote help with content or photography. Only share account access through an agreed secure method, never a general enquiry form.

One focused kickoff call
In a 45–60 minute meeting we agree on the message, pages, style, customer actions and practical details. It's a working kickoff, not a promise that the whole website is built during the meeting.

We build, assisted by AI
We use WordPress, proven design patterns and AI-assisted tools to speed up production. Experienced professionals stay responsible for structure, content accuracy, design quality and implementation.

Review and refine
Before your preview, we test desktop and mobile layouts, forms, links, content, SEO foundations and essential security. You send one consolidated set of feedback per revision round; your package sets how many rounds are included.

Approve and launch
After revisions, final approval and any outstanding payment, we launch and hand over your website, with 1 year of free hosting included. Website care is optional.
